Here's my thoughts on the price action: -

When the options were exercised - just a month ago - Alkane underwrote 12 million, and another 28.4 million went to Kerr Allan Financial. (who also got 1.2 million as part payment of their 6% fee.

Alkane would, of course, be still holding theirs, but what's the bet that Kerr Allan (and maybe some of their "sophisticated" clients) have made a quick killing. There have been quite a bit of selling since the options were converted, and with the PFS always due in July, and other news promised, those taking up the shares at 2.5cents were always pretty safe to bag a 20-35% return in just 3-4 weeks !!

So that's my explanation of the SP action, not just today, but over the last few weeks.

As soon as those loose hands are empty, Rusty and other LT holders should be a lot happier. The PFS confirms what a lot of us have worked out for ourselves. This well managed operation looks like a great long term investment.
