Sound like someone I know - from Davao City I too have worked in the Philippines and recently had discussions with both Bishop of BMV and Dugdale of RMX. I like the project with potential to mine and process a quick 20,000 ozs + to generate a cash flow but the same old situation in the Philippines always prevents that happening - the NGO's -the TV presenter vehemently opposed to mining and of course the Catholic Church ! Notwithstanding Medusa have succeeded at Co O -I was there before Bill Philipps -Geoff Davis -Masbate is a success -Didipio is a success but somehow without a Bill Philipps approach as demonstrated at Co O the Batangas project will struggle. RMX needs to pivot and so does BMV to an Oz gold project. Duterte is not making the right noises either according to Bloomberg reports.
