The Scoping Study included tin and tungsten credits. If it hadn't, tin/tungsten prices and recoveries wouldn't have been quoted in the summary release.
Atodaso should only be invoked in an apples with apples situation. Lower tin recovery in the PFS than in the Scoping Study can be explained because the two studies focused on different parts of the deposit.
