Just came to my mind this conspiracy theory that EMH is preparing ground for secret hostile takeover of LPD.
Seriously I would accept something like we do not like LMAX because though potentially lower price there is higher risk or whatever. But in the PFS it is clearly stated:
"roasting technology would deliver high lithium recoveries with a lower operating cost"
How is US 5,211 lower than US 1,500 is mystery to me.
