PossiblyMiro, but I have my own theory.
Bacanora ran scoping studies with a Sodium Sulphate Roast. Costs quoted $3500 - later blew out to $4500.
Later opted for a cheaper but slightly less effective Gypsum Roast. Which surprisingly delivers an end waste product to be contained (at a cost) in tailings, Sodium Sulphate.
I believe this has more to do with the synergies between REM/Cadence's investments rather than the Cinovec project as a stand alone asset.
REM are the purse strings and have a member on our board. Tell me they don't get to make the call?
