Irrespective of the advantages or disadvantages of lmax or sileach, management has chosen an alternative path for the development of cinovec.
I'm sure lit and lpd have enough other projects to concentrate on and further develop their technology. If it's successful on a large scale in the future I'm sure management could look at utilising it as part of an expansion in the future .
If there has been ongoing discussions with the possibility of a JV partner maybe this development path has been chosen for those reasons and more. Who knows.
