One does NOT miss out by selling and buying back, LOWER (a portion of one's portfolio)...... Cream on The Cake, so to speak.
an example - Sell $10,000 worth at 24c (41670 shares) ---- Buy back $10,000 at 20.5c (48780 shares) = a Gain of 7110 shares for the Cost of Brokerage for 2 trades - $39.90 ---- pretty cheap shares, Yes!
Do that frequently with such a volatile share as PDI and one's portfolio grows considerably.
I am NOT suggesting that this scenario is for everyone, but it does suit my speculative nature...
