I think it comes down to interpretation of the timeline. Eg. the way I see it, the greyed area is the allocated timeframe in which refinery permitting and construction is planned to take place. Let’s face it, 10 people looking at the same graph May all interpret with a slight difference.
A PFS is super important in order to raise the finances for construction and likely a requirement if IQ et al if looking to cough up coin. The sales pitch if you like.
