Completely agree..
PLL will go ahead with a Carbonate or Hydroxide Plant at NAL with SYA... that operates before 2027 as the rules by IQ require.
It is that simple. They will stall proceedings as much is allowed by the rules.. for their own shareholders $$$ selling SYA SC6.
PLL COO has already stated that is PLL's objective & even gave timelines.
Keith Phillips the PLL CEO said months ago in an interview that North Carolina will be the "worlds first mine, concentrator & refinery" on the one site.
This Announcement today completely confirms PLL's course of action is going ahead... by the rules.
Could it be any clearer..?
