You do love to repeat yourself and act superior, you have access to the information as everyone here and for some reason can’t interpret any of it and have chosen to look at everything negatively. You have from the start.

Sayona will finish their half built carbonate plant as fast as possible to maximise profit.
They will do their due diligence to protect themselves and shareholders.
A timeframe has been set by the government as part of the NAL deal, no reason exits why they won’t have it finished prior to that.
PLL will not be trying to slow the progress, uncle Keith will not be sneaking around undoing nuts and bolts.
Building a mine takes time, lucky Sya were a few steps ahead.
Certain paths are always followed, planning/permitting/ construction take time and no Carbonate plants do not magically appear .
