I don't think the scenario you mentioned is correct. If PLL doesn't agree with the downstream refinery, the offtake agreement will be void. SYA doesn't need to deliver SC6 to PLL according to agreement's condition clause, i.e. if and only if SYA and PLL agree to jointly development the chemical conversion plant. In my scenario, when PFS arrives early next year, PLL has no option but to agree with the conversion decision, otherwise sorry no SC6.
