That's how i see this working out, eventually SC6 will come down in price to the point where the carbonate plant makes more sense and more profit to both partners.

unless of course you think SC6 will command $5000+ for ever which i think is unlikely because alternatives will be found more supply will come on line etc.

Yep... SC6 is going to be worth thousands for at least 5 years unless something drastically changes IMO & independent Lithium analysts.
