I cant see the problem. Both the DFS and PFS looks amazing! We all know the numbers used are extremely low and yet it is still worth more than it is currently priced by the market! If you up the price for spod just slightly then the NPV goes through the roof. A $1.2 offer is nowhere near acceptable. $2 would be the minimum after looking at these documents
