Capex grossly underestimated in my opinion and will grow in the DFS. Costs in the industry (in WA) are escalating at significantly at the moment.
I'm building a camp in regional WA at the moment for 200 people - looking at $85k per person ie $17M. That's just the camp! $39M for a plant, mine, all the NPI and working capital- I have my doubts.
