    thats right also the NPV is discounted by a fair amount. NPV8 it is. when its in production there will be very small discount rate which will further increase it. the geothermal part will be on a 30 p/e for example, lithium on a standard 10-15 p/e

    this is going to ten bucks on the first offtake .
