No-one is investing in Wiluna for less that 16% return - too much risk. Trying to peddle a discount rate less than 10% shows a complete lack of understanding about investment and financial markets. Seeing this a lot over the last few years, mining execs using discount rates based on their home mortgage, NFI. Saw 7% not long ago!
