"NPV8 is well above $300m mark at today's $AU pog" - no its not. Pre-tax NPV8 is $282M at today's POG and you still have to pay tax, so post tax NPV would be significantly less...
What value would you put on WMC and the asset, considering you would need to fund $82.6M for maximum negative cashflow, plus corporate costs, exploration, etc... for 5+ years.
Really hard to see how the administrator can extract any real value for shareholders.
