its hard to say why windimurra failed and who was the part of fault. but it can be said that no involved engineering partie looks great within that project. after primero formulated solutions to improve the operations the plant doesnt already works fine and stable. okay that was just an advice. dont want to bash HEG. how i said, probably they learned from its mistakes. lets await the bfs and the fixed price contract.
