Saw your London post Fingers. Packer now only hold small position in Ellerston.
There are several reasons why the capital may have been raised, it may need to go straight into Geomet as activities increase. It may just be opportunistic, Ellerston could be willing to underpin the larger raising that will come.
If it is just being conservative they can always reduce the size of the next capital raising.
