The PFS is a comprehensive endeavor that necessitates extensive engagement with numerous stakeholders encompassing investors, government agencies, communities, and other relevant parties, to glean feedback and assess support for the project.

PDI's capacity to maintain positive relationships with government stakeholders is paramount for navigating Guinea's regulatory environment, accessing resources, and garnering support (including access to or negotiating infrastructure development) for successful project development - all crucial to the successful development of the PFS.

Whilst most of Guinea's bureaucrats maintained their positions, the gatekeepers (ie ministers) all got purged. It is simplistic & misleading to suggest that the PDF is a minor internal desktop study.

Your comment that "Summary is they keep missing key dates and the cumulative impacts of these weeks and months is becoming increasingly significant." is also misleading. PDI made an astute decision to upgrade from a scoping study to a PFS. There have been no delays to completing the PFS up until today's announcements that update investors about progress and inform that the study will be accessible 2 weeks into April, rather than by the 31 March.
