Wow, I’d heard of and seen some of what ‘I’ll be Dandy ‘Sandy’’ had done in a former life, but now can experience the lesson (if not benefit from it) firsthand.

Love the Cap (on the 50c max conversion price) but no Collar (minimum they may end up paying) on conversion. Love the kickers to holders if the company takes back notes &/or extends.

Also now understand timing & metrics, as price in line with “Sandy’ & Coopers & Sandy’s inner circle original option prices.

If they act & smell like a dog, if they shit anywhere & in disregard for anyone like a dog, they more likely are dogs.

Fortunately a small holding, and still amazingly above water (despite the antics of Board & Management), so will wait to see if/when they do the next pump & dump (probably close to Option dates) but definitely not on my long term investment list anymore.
