I agree their strategy has been to dump (as evidenced by prior conversions and drop in SP). But how do you explain the non-conversions when SP would have provided them 30% gains (above what they have been dumping at)??? I think they are waiting for some serious gravy with impending announcements. It's my opinion that they are changing their strategy slightly for their remaining parcels
