You don't have to work me out personally! Just work out what I'm expressing as my opinion and my research, which by the way took me some time before buying TV2 (or any other share) and still does occasionally. It's up to you how you perceive it and what you do with it, including ignoring it totally.
I don't have a negative view of the management as individuals. I don't know them personally and cannot express opinions about them as individual human beings. I have what I believe is an objective view of their performance, which has been far from brilliant in the past year. The facts speak for themselves and past experience does not lean in their favour. As CEO, Nick is the ultimate responsible for what happens, good or bad. I give them credit when they do the right thing, and critique them when they don't. Again, that is my opinion, based on my personal experience, and you can of course totally disagree with it or ignore it.
Since you read my previous posts you would know that I am in no way associated with TV2U. Not even remotely involved in any of their activities. Not now nor ever before. I was clear about it. You refer to them as "our management" which could lead someone to assume that you are part of the company (I am not implying you are by the way). I never used such terms. I always pointed out my lack of knowledge regarding what is happening within the company, which obviously affects my opinion. I am simply a shareholder. I don't believe I own anything in the company nor in any other I am invested in. I just own a portion of the "sentiment", which can vary dramatically from one day to the other. It is not a guaranteed part ownership of any specific asset TV2U owns (just ask the PDN shareholders). You can also doubt that statement, your privilege, and I respect it.
Knowledge comes from personal experience and research. I am perfectly aware that not everyone has time, or access to information, to do their own research. Hence my contribution. It is by no means biblical. I know that some prefer to speculate on share price movements and announcement dates. Although I do my own TA, this is not an area I have any experience in and you will never see it in my posts. Being in HC forums is part of my research and the opinion of others points me to areas I should look into if I haven't before.
Buying shares without research is like betting in a casino. Just wait for the next deal or spin of the wheel! Nothing wrong with betting by the way, you could make big money with some luck.
As for the AGM, my attendance will depend greatly on what happens in the next few months. I certainly cannot justify any time or effort attending one like the last, where there is a lot of buzz words and hype and little substance. Words matter, especially when you are an ASX listed company. I hope TV2U learned some lessons since and are getting their act together. Some of what they've done recently indicates that this may be the case.
