Perhaps Nick would address this subject in the next update as it is a crucial factor in being allowed to operate in Indo. There is a 'grace' period of 9mths for foreign OTT operators/providers anyway (to meet the regs) so it shouldn't be a problem.
As regards opinions of TV2 being 'undervalued' - imo, it WAS very undervalued at 0.5c, however, at a m/c of circa $15m and without any revenue having commenced as yet, I think the current valuation is pretty close.
Let's face it, the risk hasn't been limited in any real way as yet and the money-box is running out..
The BoD aren't backing their own company in off-market share purchases (no ann to that effect) even in light of the latest 'jump in the air click your heels' update, and the first of many contracts hasn't been brought across the vital line of cash generation to date.
A big positive ---- there is no debt
