    I think there's a 'minor' exeption to look at under the present circumstances Applelog..

    Pgascom is a subsidiary of the Indo Gov...
    So if I were an operator, using my government's infrastructure/network, I wouldn't really go down the path of questioning too much regarding a partner which they preferred to use.
