Well lets hope the trials go better than planned . "Field trials are expected to last until mid‐December 2016 " which means that the likely stage for 1st payment is towards end of year or early next year ( if it works out how they want).

Smartfren Telecom has a partnership with some Chinese-based smartphone manufacturers like Hisense, Haier, ZTE, and others to produce smartphones and tablet under the Smartfren Andromax brand. These phones operate on CDMA 2000 1xEVDO Rev A up to LTE with VoLTE and using Android OS. The line up for Andromax is C and G for Low End Smartphone, I and T for Mid to Low End Smartphone, and U, V, and Z for Mid to High End Smartphone. The recent lineup for smartphone with LTE capability are E, Q, and R. Recent series that support VoLTE technology are E2 and R2.

"At Q2 2015,Smartfren’s customer base was 11.9M."  and smartfren wants to go from 22 cities to 85 -  means target is close to 50 million customers.  i did a few quick calcs , they could be way off mark.  
11.9m customers and say 10% take up TV2u service , thats 1.19m customers.
1.19m customers * 1c per customer = $11.9k a month = $143k per year
1.19m customers * 10c per customer = $119k a month = $1.43m per year
1.19m customers * 20c per customer = $238k a month = $2.85m per year
1.19m customers * 50c per customer = $595k a month = $7.14m per year
if you project that to 10% of 50 million customers , is 5 mill customers target TV2u .
5m customers * 1c per customer = $50k a month = $600k per year
5m customers * 10c per customer = $500k a month = $6m per year
5m customers * 20c per customer = $1m a month = $12m per year
5m customers * 50c per customer = $2.5 a month = $30m per year

ow my figures could be way way off the mark , so take with a pinch of salt and DYOR .
