Just thinking outloud, 40 cents a share would give the company a market cap of say approx 650Mil Which once everything goes through, the merger with 3.3 Billion in revenue seems pretty damn reasonable to me
Bearing in mind "larger companies might be able to secure better financing terms from banks and by selling corporate bonds. Also, these companies might benefit from competitive advantages related to their sizes, such as economies of scale or widespread brand recognition".
There's defintely a certain MOAT advantage to having such a massive presence.
Plus post covid supply chains returning to normal etc.
All seems pretty good to me. Unless I'm missing something?
