You right seen a few small shareholders existing this morning. As of about a week ago there was still over 1000 shareholders with at least 500 or more shares. Interesting that this wasn't mentioned in the notice as I thought there still being a decent amount of shareholders would have made this more difficult.
It seems that the trigger for the delisting was that the court case was vacated for another time - it would be interesting to know the reason for this and which party initiated this - strange it wasn't disclosed.
