Lets hope they release some good announcements on the production front very soon to push the share price up (and hopefully keep it up). That way the price paid per share will be higher and there will be less dilution. I hope they make an announcement every time they pour gold, just to remind everyone this is becoming a low cost producer while the POG is still high.

My calcs indicate there could be up to another 40 million shares issued (once options and the Notes are taken into account), a dilution of about 5.8%.

It is getting a lot harder to raise capital for risky ventures so this is a fair deal in the circumstances.
