I read it as all of your Prospa shares will be bought by BidCo, but then NewCo will issue you new shares in the "new" entity.

So if you've completed the script election, you should be fine.

I was keen to keep my shares too, but they are held in a SMSF, and being stuck between SMSF auditors and the (lack of) disclosures of a private company was not worth the grief ...
