Interesting. Worth compariing with the numbers released by Santos/Beach earlier in the week for the Moomba CCS project which was going to do 1.7m tonnes per year at an injection cost of US$6-8 per tonne of CO2. Total costs over the lifecycle ramped up to US$24 per tonne. So if the WGO/APA/PGY numbers are suggesting injection costs of $16/tonne (i read that as A$) the numbers seem ok. Perhaps they can sharpen the pencil a bit as they move through the process.
Interesting that WGO and not STX is the partner in this.... thought Lingo and Bizzell were tight.
