For the share price to move up significantly - They need a capital injection via selling the solar asset or partnering with the South Koreans/another party
If they partner with the South Koreans or another entity and sell 60% of the project there would be a good chance 6-12 months later the whole operation would be acquired.
So much risk still and trading is annoying af, hopefully they can get a deal done asap
