An effective treatment for FSGS is a massive unmet need.
The signs we have had from the Ph 2 trial are good, and the company seems very confident.
These initial results from the ACTION-3 trial are incredibly important for Dimerix. Phase 3 trials do sometimes fail - even when the Phase 2 results looked promising - but I think a positive result is more likely here.
DXB is a relatively small holding for me, but I would be adding to it if I had spare cash.
