I don't see this announcement as anything different from the previous ones. If there were some decent revenue dollars in this i'm sure the management would be letting the market know and there appears to have been no mention of any revenues at all from any of these new contracts.
Just because management makes an announcement doesn't mean they are doing a good job because they have pulled the finger out. It takes a lot more than that.

These announcements have to translate into long term revenue and bottom line dollars.
