Hi Buckland,

I am also a “glass half empty” and pessimistic character. On that basis, I am very sympathetic and supportive of many of your comments.

There are way too many excessively optimistic HC contributors out there who choose to ignore the facts and try to maintain a positive and upbeat vibe.

The facts are that PAA has failed “miserably” to meet its own aspirations and SH expectations. It’s that simple.

Don’t get me wrong, I do believe that PAA will ultimately deliver, but, so far, PAA’s performance in terms of delivery has been very disappointing.

Bucky, you have been right on the money, when it comes to pointing out PAA’s delivery failure.
