Looking at areas that may be strengthened on the BoD as they complete the team.
Chatting with a few shareholders, we came up with a couple of thoughts:
- CoSec role
- drug to market (ideally globally) experience
- neurological disease experience (although this is complemented by SAB)
- women on the board (I can see the comments coming soon but having women on the board is proven beneficial and also is corporately favourable for big players)
- EU/USA based representative , USA prob ideal
any other thoughts?
