$100 Million up front and another potential one of payment of a 9 figure sum, plus royalties.

Licensing deals can be amazingly lucrative, but at the moment I would prefer some other sort of non diluting funding. This would allow Pharmaust to further add value resulting in more return after registration.

Is it possible ? I think it may be challenging, but lets hope. On the other hand if we have to dilute, the returns will still far out weigh the cost of dilution, our return will simply be a little less.
