Some on here may not have seen a dilution in their holdings but if one has held shares prior to the consolidation of 20 to 1 like me then and a few of my family and friends then some have.
Just prior to the consolidation shares were trading between .01 to .02 cents most around the .016 range.
After consolidation even at .01 cent a share, the share price should have been around the 20 cents per share .
Back in 2013 a cr was done at .01 cent per share, a discounted rate of 14.8%, share holders could buy from $2500 to $15000 worth of shares. If one took the lowest amount $2500 they would have gotten 250,000 shares, after the consolidation those 250,000 shares would be reduced to 12500.
In 2015 they did a cr via sophisticated investors issuing 400 million shares at .00785, post consolidation this price would have been around 15 cents
I September 2015 they announced the 20 to 1 consolidation
From memory the first cr after the consolidation shares were offered at 5 cents a share
So if we look at today's sp of .067 and convert this back to a pre consolidation price it would mean an sp of .00345 if my maths is correct
