    I 100% agree pi.

    To me, carrying out an SPP with the record close date being before the announcement date shows the company acknowledges, values and rewards the existing share holders. That gains my full respect from me to the company.

    And any 'blow ins' need to buy on-market and as you say - they are most welcome now!
