No matter how you look at it the resignation of MT had a adverse affect on the sp.
The drop from the high of 53 cents would have been profit takers.
The next big drop was caused by MT resignation for unexplained personnal reasons.
Now based on comments on here it appears that some on here either knew what those reason were at the time of the resignation or shortly after.
We also know that at least one large shareholder and family member increased their shareholdings

So maybe the question to be asked is not why he resigned but why he withdrew his resignation.
What did the new board offer him to overcome his personnel reasons for resigning
