In relation to the OHD / Waste to fuel technology, can someone explain how Epichem signed a licensing deal with Termaquatic in March 2021 when they had already signed a partnership agreement in 2020 to form a company with Obsidian Minerals P/L to develop this technologies. A company was to be setup called Perreñ P/L, owned 50% / 50% by Epichem and Osidian Minerals.
And what ever happened to Perren was it ever set up or was this just more bs from a company that tells a lot of bs
