Bucky, they do not need to show "stable" disease for this to be hugely benficial. A slowing of disease progression, while still progressive disease, would also be an outstanding result. We also need to wait to see if any benefits identified at doses 1 & 2 might be amplified with a higher dose.
I just cannot fathom why you always go for the most negative interpretation of the situation and state these things as though they are fact, rather than asking genuine questions to improve your knowledge. There are lots of great posters on the PAA threads who would be happy to share their understandings. It's tiresome and what you are saying is very often incorrect.
