It's because of the phasing of the MEND trial (see below)
The 6 patients at the later time points are from the "low dose" Cohort 1 which started first. The data out there is a bit messy likely because of the smaller patient numbers and minimally effective dose level.
When Cohort 1 and the "high dose" Cohort 2 were separated out, the effect of the higher dose (which is what will be used in the STRIKE study) becomes more obvious and compelling.
