I agree, the further PAA take Monepantel the more value they add. But I think Big Pharma while being predatory and wanting to spend as little as they can, will consider what value Monepantel can add to their pipeline.
It has been mentioned on here in the past, that BP will just move in and gain control when they want. However I've been searching for examples of hostile take overs in the sector and so far found none. Not saying it hasn't happened, just haven't found any.
But yes, lets get approval first, unless an offer we cant refuse comes along.
