Any assertion that the CR was done poorly is predicated on the BOD not having a plan in place, that will require minimal or no further dilution. We really wont know if that is the fact until sometime in the future.
I can see a situation where minimal [None may be too difficult] future dilution is required, but we all need to wait and see. Anything else is speculating, someone is bound to guess correctly, but that's all it is.
