In my opinion, this was half hearted CR. Approximately 53M dilution but good thing it does not have any option attached (Not undermining another 117M option still outstanding + 7.4M unlisted option). We'll see how the market reacts today and following week. I hope SP does not go below the CR raise today but basic norms is that you should be able to buy around 19C.
Retail holders are cornered, however management can still buy $1M worth of share.
