I am wondering how many “existing eligible shareholders” were given the option to be involved in this placement along with the “free” options.
I have a lot of friends and family who are shareholders, some who are in the top 100 and top 10 that were not approached.
Anyone here on HC offered the discounted shares and free options?.
Also should the Board even be allowed (subject to sh approval) to participate in this placement with presumably having confidential knowledge of “ongoing discussions” with vet majors and also knowledge of current trials.
I will not be supporting the allocation of shares and options to directors.
