This is a very confident announcement and I am pretty happy with it for the following reasons
It has significant investors coming to the team (singapore & german)
Board are putting more skin in the game
The dilution is not all that great
It was over-subscribed
Not the same broker so changed it up with Baker Young
It was not the max, in fact, it seems just enough to get a bit past where they get the options in the money (IMO) given all they want to achieve in the immediate future (which i discussed yesterday or the day before in another post)
It was about the same discount that I expected as it seems to be the go to discount in general for where we are at in comparison to other companies The free options framework was, IMO, designed to attract players that want to help us get a remarkable uplift but not be locked in for a long term investment - so that is fine too.
I will be supporting the board getting the shares.
