Not sure posters here understand that the majority of shareholders are unlikely frequenting these forums, so they wouldnt have the background knowledge of why the board cleanout has happened. All they would see is a company who's had the CEO resign and the board decimated in a very short amount of time for no apparent reason. To the non-HC investor, that looks incredibly bad.
Beyond the echo chamber here, investors would be confused and very wary of putting any money into this until there's answers. Hoping John does a good job alleviating this during the webcast at 11am today.
