As PAA have reformulated the MPL from the last trial , would think a quick Palatability and Efficacy Trial prior to Phase II would seem prudent .. gain the correct dosing ,,, confirm there is a Human Metabolite that continues to work on for 3 to 5 days after dosing....
Just narrowing down the risk curve...... only MHO ... more than Happy to bowl straight into Phase II Human Trials ... there is 19 years worth of MPL safety data that accompanies our application ,,thanks to Elanco
